    The MarketPlace is a European Style Market with local produce, food, and artisan/craftsman vendors. The MarketPlace is located in Historic Downtown Mesquite in the Downtown Square between Main & Davis every 2nd and 4th Saturday of the month starting in April through October, from 9 am - 2 pm.     Presented by Historic Mesquite, Inc. Tours of the beautiful S.D. Lawrence home, located in Opal Lawrence Historical Park, are from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. on the 4th Saturday of the month. Museum Hours are are from 10:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Tues. through Fri. Be sure to note the unique painted ceilings! Tours also available by appointment. Fourth Saturday fees are $3 each, no more than $8 per family.
